Private Prenatal Yoga
A space to move, breathe, and connect through pregnancy
Service Description
My prenatal yoga sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are both physically and in this season of life. These private one-on-one sessions offer personalized support through movement, breathwork, stretching, and rest with the intention of helping you feel grounded, strong, and connected to your changing body as you prepare for birth. Each session is tailored to your needs, comfort level, and stage of pregnancy, creating space to move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing for you. I offer the flexibility to meet wherever feels best, whether that’s in the park, at Snake River Community Library community room, on Zoom, or in your home. I’m happy to provide a yoga mat and props if needed, so all you need to bring is yourself. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where you feel cared for, supported, and more connected to your body as you move through pregnancy and prepare for birth.
